The Community Outreach Program is dedicated to addressing food insecurity in Uniontown, PA, by delivering essential food assistance directly to rural food deserts through our innovative Truck to Trunk model. Each week, we rotate our distribution sites to reach different remote communities, ensuring no one is left behind.
