About Senior Boxes
Senior Boxes is dedicated to supporting low-income residents of Delaware County, Pennsylvania, aged 60 and above, who are in need of food assistance. Our program offers nutritious food boxes to seniors who are not receiving this aid elsewhere, ensuring they have access to essential provisions. To participate, seniors must visit our office to register, bringing the necessary documentation during our designated registration hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Food boxes are available for pickup on the second Tuesday of each month between 12:00 P.M. and 1:45 P.M., with a reminder to collect them before the end of the month. If a senior is unable to pick up their box, they may designate a Proxy, who must accompany them to the Pantry Office to complete the necessary paperwork and present valid ID at each pickup. We are here to ensure that our seniors receive the support they deserve in a warm and community-focused environment.
