ElderShare, located in Williamsport, PA, is a compassionate initiative of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank dedicated to supporting seniors aged 60 and above who face food insecurity. Our program offers a monthly box of nutritious food to eligible seniors, ensuring they have access to essential nutrients while helping to meet their basic nutritional needs. ElderShare is designed to complement other forms of food assistance, excluding those currently enrolled in the USDA’s Commodity Supplemental Food Program. To participate, seniors must complete a registration form at one of our partner agencies where the food boxes are distributed. We are committed to improving the lives of our elders by providing reliable food assistance and fostering a caring community around them.
