At Chrystal's Place in York, PA, we are dedicated to alleviating hunger and meet the essential needs of individuals and families experiencing hardship. As a resource center, we provide food assistance, clothing, diapers, and essential household items to those in need. Our welcoming environment allows clients to access emergency food and vital resources without needing an appointment—walk-ins are always welcome. Each month, we support our community with nutritious food sourced through state and federal programs, requiring a simple self-declaration of need form for eligibility. In addition to food distribution, we connect individuals with additional local resources and organizations as needed. Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our clothing bank is temporarily limited to emergency situations to ensure the safety of our clients, and we are managing entry to maintain a safe environment.
