Epworth Family Care Center in Irmo, SC, is a dedicated residential facility that offers a nurturing and safe environment for mothers battling substance use disorders. Here, mothers and their children live together as they embark on a journey towards long-term recovery and family strengthening. Our comprehensive program includes residential housing, parenting skills development, case management, life skills training, recreational health activities, medical care, and nutrition education, along with educational and vocational services. Families can stay with us for up to six months, allowing them the time and support needed to rebuild their lives, gain independence, and work towards a successful and permanent reunion with their children.
