Located in Alexandria, SD, the Meal Support Program offers free and accessible meal support for individuals age 16 and above who are navigating recovery from eating disorders at the outpatient level. Our program provides a compassionate environment through live, virtual drop-in group meals, designed to cultivate a safe space where participants can share mealtime experiences with additional guidance and encouragement. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner slots, participants can choose to engage as frequently as their schedule allows. Our sessions are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification.
