Located in Arlington, SD, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is committed to supporting low-income pregnant women, new mothers, infants, and children up to five years old. Our mission focuses on fostering healthy food habits through a variety of essential services, including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and dedicated breastfeeding promotion and support. We also provide important referrals for healthcare resources. In response to COVID-19, we have adapted our services to ensure safety, offering most consultations via phone and maintaining in-person appointments when necessary. WIC is here to empower families with the support they need to flourish.
