South Dakota WIC in Belle Fourche is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old, by promoting healthy food habits. Our program provides essential nutrition education, supplemental foods, and breastfeeding promotion and support, ensuring families have access to the resources they need for a healthy start. Additionally, we offer referrals for health care services to enhance overall well-being. In response to COVID-19, many of our services can be accessed by phone; however, in-person appointments are available when necessary or requested, allowing us to remain flexible and responsive to the needs of our community.
