Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Black Hawk, SD

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Black Hawk, SD, provides free and accessible meal support designed specifically for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers daily live, virtual group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment, allowing participants to consume nutritious meals while receiving guidance from experienced nutrition practitioners. With four meal support sessions each day—two during lunch and two during dinner—participants can join as often as their schedules allow, making it easier to prioritize their recovery alongside daily life. Our sessions are facilitated by dedicated practitioners within the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. We encourage individuals seeking meal support to join us on this journey to recovery, though it's important to note that our program is not a substitute for urgent care or crisis support services.
