Located in Box Elder, SD, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by offering essential resources for their nutritional needs. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those facing swallowing difficulties by providing food assistance through specialized items such as thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
