Located in Clear Lake, SD, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources to improve their quality of life. Our mission is to ensure that low-income individuals have access to critical items such as food thickeners, pre-modified food, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment designed specifically for their needs. By addressing the challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can receive the assistance they require for better nutrition and care.
