Mobile Food Distribution, a vital initiative of Feeding South Dakota, is dedicated to delivering free, nutritious food to individuals and families in Custer, SD, and throughout the state. Each distribution offers a variety of food items, including fresh and frozen produce, meats, dairy products, shelf-stable groceries, and ready-to-eat meals, ensuring that every family has access to healthy options. Operating on a first-come, first-served basis, families can receive assistance once a month, with the opportunity to designate a proxy for food pickup by completing the TEFAP Proxy Form.
