Our free, accessible meal support sessions offer a safe, virtual space for those over 16 to join facilitated group meals, promoting nourishment alongside emotional and social support. With sessions held four times daily during lunch and dinner, participants can engage in as many meals as their schedules allow, fostering connection and recovery.
