The Meal Support Program at Ellsworth Air Force Base, SD, is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal assistance designed specifically for adults over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals to enjoy nutritious food while sharing their journey with others. With meal support sessions held four times daily, including dedicated lunch and dinner times, participants are encouraged to join as often as their schedules allow. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, many of whom are on their path to obtaining certification as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist.
