The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Fort Pierre, SD, affectionately referred to as 'The Senior Box Program,' is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income seniors aged 60 and above. Each month, we distribute free food boxes filled with nourishing items like cheese, juice, milk, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta or rice, and a protein-rich entrée. Our mission focuses on ensuring that our elderly community members have access to nutritious meals that support their health and well-being. We invite local seniors in need to apply and benefit from this vital program designed to uplift and sustain those who have given so much to our community.
