The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) in Freeman, SD, also known as The Senior Box Program, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income adults aged 60 and older. Each month, we distribute nutritious food boxes filled with staples such as cheese, juice, milk, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta or rice, and a canned meat or entrée. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to emergency food resources that can enhance their health and well-being, fostering a supportive community for those in need.
