South Dakota WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is dedicated to fostering healthy food habits and nutritional support for low-income pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and children up to the age of five in Freeman, SD. Our program offers essential services including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals for comprehensive healthcare. We understand the challenges faced by families, especially during times like the COVID-19 pandemic, and are here to offer our services both by phone and in-person by appointment as needed.
