Located in Garretson, SD, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources tailored to their specific needs. Our mission is to ensure that those facing challenges in swallowing have access to vital food assistance, including food thickeners and pre-modified foods, as well as therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
