Located in Hartford, SD, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management resources. We offer a range of options that cater to individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! platform, providing in-home support and messaging with clinicians. For those who prefer a self-managed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have yet to achieve their goals through traditional methods.
