At MEALS Program Inc., we are dedicated to nourishing the community of Hot Springs, SD, by providing hot, nutritious meals to seniors in 16 communities across western South Dakota. Our compassionate volunteers deliver meals directly to homebound seniors, ensuring they receive not only food assistance but also vital nutrition information, social interaction, and companionship. Any senior aged 60 or older is eligible for our services, and spouses under 60 may also participate. We operate on a donation basis, adhering to suggested income guidelines, and we welcome those under 60 to contribute the full meal cost of $8.25. We accept food stamps and EBT cards, and we firmly believe that no eligible participant should be denied a meal due to financial constraints.
