The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), affectionately known as The Senior Box Program, is dedicated to ensuring that limited-income adults aged 60 and older in Howard, SD, have access to vital food assistance. This USDA-supported initiative provides a monthly delivery of nutritious food boxes filled with essential items such as cheese, juice, milk, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta or rice, and a canned meat or entrée. Our mission is to combat food insecurity among seniors, empowering them to maintain their health and dignity while receiving the support they deserve.
