The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Ipswich, SD, is dedicated to cultivating future leaders who advocate for a just food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable. Through a fully sponsored program, we empower Fellows to engage in comprehensive organic food system education without the burden of tuition, ensuring accessibility for all. Our transformative initiative provides hands-on experiences on a market-style farm, opportunities to lead community gardening projects, and the chance to integrate food and ecological literacy into educational settings. Fellows also support local farmers markets and develop channels that enhance access to nutritious food while collaborating with regional non-profits during their Community Action Year.
