Located in Jefferson, SD, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by low-income individuals and strive to improve their quality of life through the supply of food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care products, and adaptive equipment.
