South Dakota WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is dedicated to promoting the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age in Kyle, SD. Our program offers essential services including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and health care referrals to ensure families have the resources they need to thrive. In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have made most of our services accessible by phone while continuing to provide in-person support by appointment when necessary. At South Dakota WIC, we remain committed to fostering healthier communities through comprehensive food assistance tailored to the needs of women and children.
