Over a comprehensive 12-month period, participants receive six informative e-booklets that cover crucial topics in diabetes management, alongside a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and local event information, all available in both English and Spanish. With an emphasis on community engagement, those who provide their phone numbers can also join our interactive 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, allowing them to connect directly with ADA experts, discuss their diabetes-related questions, and learn about the important relationship between diabetes and heart health, all while enjoying helpful giveaways tailored to empower their journey with diabetes.
