MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Lemmon, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through personalized weight management solutions. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with appropriate weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for remote support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-guided approach.
