The Meal Support Program in Martin, SD, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating their journey through eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a welcoming and safe environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food together while receiving vital support. With four meal support sessions each day—two at lunch and two at dinner—our participants can choose times that fit their schedules. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, it’s important to note that this program does not serve as urgent care or crisis intervention; for those in need of immediate help, we encourage reaching out to proper crisis resources.
