MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Mc Laughlin, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services that suit their individual needs. With a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, we empower Veterans on their journey to better health. For those facing persistent weight challenges, our program also offers access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To get started, Veterans can reach out to their local MOVE!
