Located in Milbank, SD, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy nutritional practices among low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and children from birth to five years old. WIC offers vital services including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and robust support for breastfeeding while ensuring families receive essential health care referrals. In response to COVID-19, most services are conveniently available by phone, with in-person appointments provided upon request to ensure safety and support for our community's most vulnerable members.
