MOVE! Weight Management Program in Miller, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that address their unique needs. We offer a range of options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support. For those who prefer self-managed approaches, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides easy access to resources. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or related health issues.
