South Dakota WIC (Women, Infants and Children) is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant women, new mothers, and young children up to five years old in Mission, SD. Through our comprehensive Supplemental Food Program, we offer vital nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and referrals for health care services. We strive to instill healthy food habits and empower families to ensure the well-being of their children. In light of COVID-19, most of our services can be easily accessed by phone, while in-person appointments are available when necessary, ensuring that our community receives the support they need during these challenging times.
