Located in Mobridge, SD, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals affected by dysphagia by providing essential resources that enhance their quality of life and foster independence. We offer a variety of critical services, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, specifically designed to meet the needs of those with swallowing difficulties.
