MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mobridge, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management options that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues.
