Our program offers six free wellness kits delivered every two months to cancer survivors facing financial hardships, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural communities underserved by healthcare services. Each wellness kit may include valuable resources such as a water bottle, journal, food trackers, and sleep masks, all aimed at promoting health and well-being during recovery.
