Harm Reduction Community Outreach is dedicated to providing compassionate advocacy and legal support for individuals in North Sioux City, SD, who are navigating the challenges of solicitation charges and those related to sex work. Our program offers a wide array of services designed to assist individuals recently released from incarceration or facing jail time. We provide legal help and advocacy, including drafting letters to probation officers, crafting support letters for pre-sentencing reports, and facilitating re-entry support. Additionally, we help with record expungement and connecting individuals with experienced lawyers.
