South Dakota WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) in Philip, SD, is dedicated to promoting healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission encompasses providing essential nutrition education, supplemental food assistance, and vital breastfeeding support, alongside referrals for comprehensive health care services. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we prioritize safety by facilitating most assistance via phone, while also offering in-person appointments when necessary.
