Located in Piedmont, SD, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to supporting individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team is here to provide essential resources and compassionate guidance during the challenging times following a diagnosis. We offer a variety of services, including accurate information dissemination, parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families with navigating the complexities of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
