The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), often referred to as 'The Senior Box Program,' is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals aged 60 and above in Pierre, SD. Through this USDA initiative, participants receive monthly food boxes filled with nutritious items such as cheese, juice, milk, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta or rice, and a canned meat or entrée. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to healthy food options, supporting their well-being and independence in the community.
