About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Scotland, SD, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at an outpatient level. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a supportive and safe environment for sharing nutrition. Participants can benefit from four daily meal support sessions, both during lunch and dinner, which allow them to attend as per their schedules once approved. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners participating in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on the path to obtaining their CNS certification, ensuring compassionate and informed guidance throughout the experience. Please note that while we provide essential meal support, we do not serve as a crisis intervention service. For immediate assistance, please reach out to appropriate crisis support resources.
