The Tribal Elderly Nutrition Program is committed to enriching the lives of the elderly members of the Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate community, aged 55 and older, by offering a variety of nourishing meals and supportive services. Located in Sisseton, SD, we provide hot, nutritious meals at our elderly nutrition center, alongside essential weekend meal deliveries to homebound elders, ensuring no one is left behind. In addition to meal services, our program offers transportation for shopping, special events, and holiday activities, allowing our elders to engage actively with their community. We believe in nurturing not just the body but also the spirit of our elders through wholesome food and care.
