South Dakota WIC (Women, Infants and Children) in Spearfish is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition and empowering families. Our program supports low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old, by offering essential resources such as nutrition education, supplemental foods, and breastfeeding promotion. We understand the importance of accessible care, which is why we also provide referrals for healthcare services. During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, most of our services are conveniently available by phone; however, in-person appointments can be arranged when necessary. At South Dakota WIC, we're here to ensure that every family has the support they need for a healthy start.
