South Dakota WIC in Springfield is dedicated to fostering the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. Our Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program offers essential services that include nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion, and referrals for health care needs. We understand that each family’s situation is unique, which is why most of our services can be provided by phone, with in-person appointments available as requested. Our mission is to empower families with the resources and support they need to thrive.
