In Springfield, SD, the Title VI Elderly Nutrition Program is dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of tribal elders by offering nutritious meals five days a week, from Monday to Friday. Our program is designed to provide essential food assistance through hot and home-delivered meals, ensuring that our elders have access to healthy nutrition. We also focus on nutrition screening and education, empowering our community members with the knowledge they need to lead healthier lives.
