MOVE! Weight Management Program in Springfield, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with a variety of tailored treatment options that fit their individual needs. We offer engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and support from clinicians. For those who prefer managing their journey independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we support Veterans with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges despite participating in MOVE!.
