Our Family Support team is here to offer timely, reliable information and compassionate guidance during the crucial moments following a diagnosis. We facilitate a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families with navigating the complexities of Medicaid, insurance applications, and appeals for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
