Based in Valley Springs, SD, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to consume nutrition with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. With meal support sessions available four times a day, participants can join as often as they need to fit their schedules, ensuring they receive the essential support they require on their recovery journey. While our focus is on fostering community and nutrition, please note that we are not a crisis support service.
