Located in Volga, SD, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually, providing tailored referrals to effective weight management services that align with each individual's needs and preferences. Through a variety of options such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach, we aim to empower Veterans on their weight loss journey.
