Located in White River, South Dakota, the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to promoting nutritious food habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. WIC offers vital services including nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and referrals for essential health care. To ensure safety during these times, most services are available by phone, while in-person appointments can be arranged as needed. Our mission is to foster a healthier community through accessible resources and support for families.
