MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Winner, SD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connect them with tailored weight management services, and provide various treatment options that align with their unique needs. With offerings such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, we empower Veterans to take control of their health. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app caters to those who prefer self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
