The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP), often referred to as 'The Senior Box Program,' is dedicated to providing crucial food assistance to low-income adults aged 60 and older in Yankton, SD. This USDA-backed initiative aims to alleviate food insecurity among seniors by delivering monthly food boxes filled with nutritious items such as cheese, juice, milk, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, pasta, rice, and a canned meat or entrée.
